Today, on her birthday June 26, we honor the memory of Maria Madigan, a beloved volunteer whose kindness and dedication left an indelible mark on Gateway to Hope. For years, she gave her time, her heart, and her unwavering compassion to those in need. Whether she was offering comfort, sharing her warm smile, or quietly lifting others up, Maria’s presence was a gift.
Though she left us too soon, her legacy of service and love continues to inspire us. We still feel her spirit in the work we do and the lives she touched. Today, we celebrate her, not with sadness, but with gratitude for the time we had with her.
Happy birthday in heaven, Maria. You are deeply missed, but never forgotten.
