No, Metallica isn’t involved, At Gateway to Hope, Glenn and Jeff are the headbangers and headliners of our aluminum recycling ministry and they rock! They may not have platinum records, but they’re turning aluminum into something even better, support for God’s work in our community.

People ask how they can help Gateway to Hope. Here’s one of the easiest ways. It costs nothing, helps care for God’s creation, and supports the ministry at the same time. Have a bag of clean, empty aluminum cans? Bring them to Gateway and simply place the bags behind the dumpster. You can drop them off anytime and our road crew will take it from there.

With the City of Ocala no longer picking up curbside recycling, many aluminum cans are ending up in the trash. We’d much rather see them become part of something meaningful.

Your soda can had a short career. Let it retire gracefully by going back to work for Gateway to Hope. God calls us to be faithful stewards of His creation. As Psalm 24 reminds us, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” Every can you recycle is one small way to care for His world and bless others.
